I am currently completing a Bachelor of Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Communication in Advertising at the University of Canberra. The skills learned across the two degrees complement each other and provide me with a greater understanding and breadth of skills than if I focused on only one aspect. Information learned in each field informs and influences my approach to the other.

I enjoy working in both print and digital media, and having the opportunity to see my design go from screen to fruition motivates me to always create my best work. I'd like to work within the design field, working with a broad range of different mediums and outlets of design, in particular layout and print design.

Inspiration can come from many places for a designer, and the choice of where to find said inspiration depends almost entirely on the project. To that end, two specific compilations of inspiring designs that I make use of are dribbble and behance. Both these sites allow designers to upload there own work, providing others with fresh new ideas and visual themes.

To be more specific, there are some designers or artist whose work I take inspiration from or find particularly appealing visually. Nicholas Feltron creates beautiful infographics based on his on life throughout a year, thoughtfully displaying a large amount of information in an appealing way. Adam Vass develops elegant lettering and design solutions, in particular for music, records, and merch.
