Typeface Design
To understand the concepts and origins of typefaces and typography, we were required to create an appealing layout with physical pieces of type and properly use leading and kerning. This design was then printed on a letterpress and later digitised to create the cover of a booklet. This project gave me a greater appreciation of modern typography and developed an interest in physical media.
